This app is messed up because I can't even Get the book on the app and I am only seven years old just get rid of this app this got me so confused and It won't let me put in my school name and it is priory primary school dudley and I go there for almost my whole life believing that I will finish to in to secondary school and I'm in only year threeI recommend you shouldn't download it, only one book shows up and it takes forever to add more to the menu.

1. Fix myON Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart myON: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the myON App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "myON" » Open myON » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for myON » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear myON app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from myON servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "myON" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check myON app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, myON might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall myON. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall myON then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing myON not working

2. Fix myON Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make myON be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to myON not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, myON may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
