1. Honestly it looks great but actually seeing who has matched you is behind a pricy paywall, so it's a dice roll as to whether two people see each other, and this makes the limited ability to like people (an otherwise good feature) greatly lower the ceiling on chances of matching.
2. Was good at first but right now it's not letting me view profiles of people who have liked me (I can see their picture but when I click on them a blank square comes up instead of their profile).
3. I've been trying to resolve an issue in which a person I had swiped left on keeps reappearing every 5-6 profiles which is a bug.
4. Stop treating your users like they're idiots and escalate the issue to the product team so they can resolve the bug.it's very picky and decisive wanting you to spend money just like any other app.
5. Free users get a daily pool of users that bumble finds highly compatible with, and you can pick your "stand-out" and swipe right, which is quite nice.I saw and ad for the bff part of bumble so i decided to give it a try.
6. If the woman matches but doesn't start chatting within 24 hours, (Something that happens A LOT) the match disappears completely. Not sure how I feel about it.
7. You don't really get as much people due to the fact that the premium is expensive and also the notification when you do get someone doesn't really appear on either the app notification or email.
8. Literally the only reason I bought premium was so I could see people who liked me, so it's very frustrating that the feature stopped working.
9. Most profiles just give an instagram name to contact.Super annoying person's location is not until the bottom! You have to scroll all the way down to see it.
10. I like that women message first, because I love gals who step up 🥰 but I think they need to motivate the ladies a bit more, because a lot of matches end up expiring.
11. I've mentioned this several times but the person on the other end keeps repeating the same things without actually trying to understand what's going on.
