1. The reason very simple when using the -Tax function it shows the formula instead of the percentage usedOld retired and mostly broke, wish there was Tape Calc when I was in business! I have an older Texas Instruments TI-5048 paper free calculator that still works very well, but Tape Calc is far superior for me and it is with me all the time on my phone! Thank you very much for making this available.

2. Ease of use is highly valued; that being said the "tape" itself is lacking with the actions available as: load_share_delete_delete all: where delete is irreversable and has no option for "confirmation dialogue" There, Likewise, is the abscence of any customization of the app whats-so-ever.

1. Fix TapeCalc Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TapeCalc: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TapeCalc App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TapeCalc" » Open TapeCalc » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TapeCalc » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TapeCalc app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TapeCalc servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TapeCalc" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TapeCalc app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TapeCalc might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TapeCalc. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TapeCalc then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TapeCalc not working

2. Fix TapeCalc Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TapeCalc be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TapeCalc not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TapeCalc may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
