Brandbassador Customer Insights

1. I tried using a different email address, but then I was unable to connect my FB account because the app said it was already in use.....but, there's no way to remove it since I can't log in under that email address! UGH!!!The only issues I have had arise are linking some of my social media accounts to the app for some of the missions one of the brands I work with have.

2. My only complaint is on the help desk end, all issues stay in a long thread instead of individual tickets so it's harder to track/check but not terrible.Signed up and connected my bank account and FB account to the app, but when I tried to sign back in I received a message that said, "Uh oh! Cannot read property 'status' of undefined".

3. I like the features ive seen so far and its easy to navigate.This keeps crashing every time I try to link Facebook, or to send a message about the crashing with the technical support button-sometimes I get a little notification that it has crashed due to a bug.

4. Also, prior to the app update, one of the things that I experienced was a super slow loading time for missions from different brands.

5. I had a difficult time trying to link my twitter and facebook accounts and got a message saying there was a bug, hopefully that will be fixed soon and it will work when i try again later on.

6. It just stalls on youtube and essentially freezes up where it says "this shouldn't take longer than 15 seconds." Wanted to do the Unidays ambassador program, but I suppose I'll have to wait until there's another update.I downloaded Brandbassador because one of the companies I've partnered with uses it.

7. Very easy to navigate + use.Since the latest update.. 1/11/21 I have not been able to log into the app.

8. I hope that this is one of things that gets fixed.Easy to navigate and useful.

9. Useful in that you can always check your status with the brands you work with.

10. They also have code drops for deep discounts on brands that are on the app My only issue is that it takes forever to load the app when I open it.I am loving the experience of this app.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Brandbassador Issues

1. Fix Brandbassador Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Brandbassador: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Brandbassador App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Brandbassador" » Open Brandbassador » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Brandbassador » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Brandbassador app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Brandbassador servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Brandbassador" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Brandbassador app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Brandbassador might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Brandbassador. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Brandbassador then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Brandbassador not working


2. Fix Brandbassador Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Brandbassador be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Brandbassador not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Brandbassador may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I have tried to withdraw large amounts of money 2 times and both of the transactions are still pending after being accepted. I would like to speak to some one to resolve this issue
