Why should I report an Issue with Booklet - Make India Read?

1. Like that concept 'Abandance is enemy of motivation' ,but cant I skip any book (easy way to stop smoking) .This is an awesome app for all and especially for those who want to make reading books as their habit but don't find time.

2. I really believe this will bring change in many people's lives and change them for better... Wanted to report one thing though that app is getting crashed multiple times and also books which I already listened is not getting marked with green tick.

3. Sometime many people don't continue the reading till last page of book, as they get distracted in between and never get back to continue remaining book.

4. You can listen books too !!!...OMG!! I can only complain of getting to know about this app so late... I had used other apps before but Booklet is just way more interesting!! Specially, the way they have handed the "problem of choice" through providing only a limited number of books in the app.

5. Also, I would suggest if you could add a feature of increasing the playback speed in the audio summaries, it would be great for people who have different pace of listening.

6. Since this app provide summary of whole book in 2-3 parts which can be read in one go.

7. Some times even after completing a book, the book isn't marked as completed, tried reading it several times still the same.

8. Interesting feature of the app is Audio book summary.

9. But recently due to network issues i could not read the books.

10. And will start soon to read whole book.

11. Option to drag the booklets up and down would help to concentrate on the booklets we are currently reading.

1. Fix Booklet Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Booklet: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Booklet App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Booklet" » Open Booklet - Make India Read » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Booklet » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Booklet - Make India Read app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Booklet servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Booklet - Make India Read" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Booklet app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Booklet might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Booklet. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Booklet then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Booklet not working

2. Fix Booklet Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Booklet be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Booklet not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Booklet may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
