Thanks.Missing too many features for me - would like to see the age the person turns on their birthday on the widget, the widget to have next 30 days birthdays (max is 2 weeks) and the option to put in anniversaries of deaths please? Also, can you please fix the typo in 'turnes' to 'turns' ? Thanks.Import from storage still isn't working.

2. Please fix this so that it won't take up space on my notification bar, thanks.A brilliant App, very easy to set up and use, the 'upload from Facebook' function worked seamlessly for me which proved to be a real timesaver.

3. Because right now its hard to find a good reminder/task app that can be imported/exported from/to spreadsheet.Need internet access to use this, something went wrong, check your Internet message appears, so unable to use this app.

4. Now, everytime I open the app, it shows that there is an update available but when I open google playstore then it doesn't show any update.You guys would have been the best if there is reminder for simple task, not just for birthday.

5. When I click on import from storage and go to the xls file, now the app says error in importing file.Keeps running in the background.

6. The only thing I'm not satisfied with is that the app is constantly shown on the notification bar (saying "App is running in the background for better...") I can't get rid of it, it's very irritating.

7. A dates of other events can also be recorded making this an all round very useful and capable App.

1. Fix Birthdays Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Birthdays: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Birthdays App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Birthdays" » Open Birthdays: Reminder & Calendar » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Birthdays » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Birthdays: Reminder & Calendar app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Birthdays servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Birthdays: Reminder & Calendar" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Birthdays app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Birthdays might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Birthdays. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Birthdays then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Birthdays not working

2. Fix Birthdays Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Birthdays be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Birthdays not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Birthdays may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
