1. Not useful at all.Can't play because ads block the buttons on the bottom.alll in English language but different accents.. very badWhen I pressed British, they put American.

2. unfortunately she accidentally taps on the ads all the time when trying to play the games.I chose the French option for my granddaughter to use--words weren't even said in French! Instead of 'savon' for soap, for example, it said 'save on'.

3. not worth purchasing the no ads option cuase the words arent even right (which i did now i feel stupid for it)all around bad appEasy to use.

1. Fix Word learning Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Word learning: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Word learning App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Word learning" » Open Word learning for Baby Games » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Word learning » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Word learning for Baby Games app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Word learning servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Word learning for Baby Games" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Word learning app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Word learning might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Word learning. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Word learning then reinstall.
