1. I am also unable to select and highlight selected words from verses,sometimes I need to highlight just a sentence not the entire verse.It is a good app, it lets you keep track of your reading progress but showing chapters covered with percentages on the side to keep you focussed and motivated.

2. 👎 If there was an option to select only a word or part of a verse rather than the whole verse, that would be very good also.Easy to use, easy on the eyes.

3. I would recommend that you add the normal translucent yellow highlighter and in addition, make the font that we use to make notes a different color so that it can be easily distinguished from the words of the Bible.

4. 2: The share with a picture function is awesome... Except it doesn't give an option to put the verse number in front of each verse, it just lists them off as a paragraph and puts the verse number at the bottom (for example; John, 3:16-21).This is awesome! No annoying ads.
