1. Why allow us to customize them if you're just going to reset them almost every update? Now with the widget thing... It seems like it's time to move on to another weather app.Bug Report - WeatherBug Elite overriding Android system auto rotate settings.

2. App doesn't reflect accurate weather, and the only way to turn off the annoying pollen alerts is to completely turn off all push notifications, which means severe weather alerts as well.

3. The opening page is beautiful! The displays are very professionally laid out, it's easy to read, very fast, accurate, easy to add or delete Cities, and has no ads! It's so perfect that I'm afraid to update it, I love it just like it is!!!!I just started using this app and I'm glad I paid for the ad free version.

1. Fix Weather Elite Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Weather Elite: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Weather Elite App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Weather Elite" » Open Weather Elite by WeatherBug » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Weather Elite » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Weather Elite by WeatherBug app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Weather Elite servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Weather Elite by WeatherBug" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Weather Elite app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Weather Elite might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Weather Elite. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Weather Elite then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Weather Elite not working

2. Fix Weather Elite Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Weather Elite be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Weather Elite not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Weather Elite may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
