1. A big fat ZERO for requiring cloud based services to use the app, and those services are not available when I need to use it!Works amazingly & has saved me from a headache on several occasions! I've got a note 10+ & the only issue I have is that occasionally it takes a minute to pair & connect, which isn't a big enough issue for me to give it anything less than a 5 star rating.

2. Sorry guys but for $60, you should be doing alot better on design, options, support, additional features such as comparability or plug and play features.Does what it claims, most of the time.

3. Will only works one scanner per manufacturer, its cheaper to buy a another scanner than paying the fee 4 dif brandI run a Google Pixel 2 with the latest software in the newest version of the HT200 application.

4. Works great for me! Easily connect with Bluetooth every time I can do all kinds of things almost everything that the GM Tech 2 scan tool can do.

5. When trying to download the software it says "Refreshing", & will until hell freezes over! Contacted support, more time wasted.

6. Does not function at all if the host device doesn't have an internet connection to advertise more Autel products.

7. And Diagnostics change the EGR valve percentage to see if it's free and working properly, run the engine at a fast idle, all kinds of things, better than those generic scan tools for sure.

8. I have only seen the app itself in pics on here because I cannot go any further than the pairing process.Always stalls after downloading vehicle and now it restarts or freezes up on home page immediatelyafter selecting a diagnostic option.

9. Im not a certified mechanic but I have used it on my own vehicle as well as several others to find an issue, fix it & erase any codes that have popped up & to recalibrate stuff as well.

10. I have tried this on a second Android device, a Samsung Galaxy s2e with the same error.The app and device are slow.

1. Fix HT200 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart HT200: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the HT200 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HT200" » Open HT200 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HT200 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear HT200 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HT200 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HT200" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check HT200 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HT200 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall HT200. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HT200 then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing HT200 not working

2. Fix HT200 Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make HT200 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to HT200 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, HT200 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
