Why should I report an Issue with Radius (formerly ATD/TirePros)?

1. Still won't install.Worked great up until a couple weeks ago, when you log in it just spins and spins, won't ever let you log back in, I've tried deleting and reinstalling, tried deleting cache and data, still nothingI just downloaded this app for business.

2. All were missing is the ability to see approximate drop off time and the ability to copy and paste tire details.( creating invoices) I still have to go to the website for both of these things.Can't update.

1. Fix Radius ( Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Radius (: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Radius ( App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Radius (" » Open Radius (formerly ATD/TirePros) » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Radius ( » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Radius (formerly ATD/TirePros) app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Radius ( servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Radius (formerly ATD/TirePros)" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Radius ( app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Radius ( might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Radius (. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Radius ( then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Radius ( not working

2. Fix Radius ( Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Radius ( be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Radius ( not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Radius ( may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
