1. We're asked to read or write the vin each time we want to scan, it takes the app 2 full minutes to return to the home menu, a lot of redundant steps.
2. I would give it 5 stars if it could do this: After selecting the model of the vehicle you offer a "save" option, yet when the scanner is unplugged, one has to go thru the whole selectio process again.
3. It doesn't read or have certain features it advertises as well.I've had this for a few years now, it was a great experience at first.
4. So I have maxiap200 that I bought little over a year ago and bought 6 plus vehicles from the mall, I went to go and use it the other day and it will not connect to any phone or tablet that I own.
5. Just paid another £20 in a desperate bid to update mercedes, even though it's not expired, as I am currently sat broken down, miles from home with my children, and it just says it's not complete, then tells me no room on SD card.
6. I have alot of money tied up in this app and expect it to work longer than just the warranty period. It's had a bug for awhile that's taking a long time to fix.
7. The old free app would at least still connect and read codes.
8. For example one does the auto scan and after to enter each control module we have to scan it again.
9. also doesn't clear all the codes all the time.
10. It gives the option to save vehicle information, but it doesn't save it.
11. I updated the subscription to a couple features and have been charged multiple times for ABS systems.
