Why should I report an Issue with Aquareka - the aquarium guide?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Aquareka Ltd. to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Don't waste your time with this trash app.Amazing app but doesn't have a lot of fish like comet,iridescent shark and even Koi fish etcHorrible.....At least you could let us try the app by letting us add the fish we really have into our aquarium, but here you have your own mind on which fish are compatible and not, and if the maker of this app have said that angelfish is NOT compatible with the other fish you do have it together with...it wont let you add it.

2. Easy to use, intuitive, and contains truly useful and comprehensive information about aquarium fish.

3. In the freemium version I cannot delete fish that I accidentally added to my aquarium.

4. Almost any fish has a requirement of 200L aquarium and if yours are 190L you wont be able to add any of your fish.

5. Yet this app has Molly's as needing a 40 gallon tank (incorrect) and tells you all fish, crustaceans and snails are incompatible with a 5 gallon tank.

6. Won't give you ANY information about fish unless you're paying for the premium version.

7. Also, the recommendations are not helping, as you're making your aquarium incompatible very fast and recommendations stop working correctly.Useless with and without premium.

8. But after paying $10CAD the 'premium'content I nothing more than half-assed 1 to 2 worded texts ,no actual information,no pictures or refrences.

9. They NEED TO POLISH AND UPDAYE THIS PREMIUM APPI think the app is wonderful if you are willing to instantly pay for the "premium" features.

10. I found this app cause it's exactly the kind of all in one source I wanted for my aquarium needs.

1. Fix Aquareka Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Aquareka: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Aquareka App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Aquareka" » Open Aquareka - the aquarium guide » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Aquareka » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Aquareka - the aquarium guide app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Aquareka servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Aquareka - the aquarium guide" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Aquareka app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Aquareka might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Aquareka. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Aquareka then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Aquareka not working

2. Fix Aquareka Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Aquareka be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Aquareka not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Aquareka may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
