Just canceled my subscription.So on looking into this the record where u are is a lie, you supply a colored back drop that's the controls it has without it you get covered and don't work so this only tech allows you to use a background without uploading so you need to fix your description cause you have it like you can be standing where ever without anything behind u and it will edit your lieing about record with any background anywhere it's wrong.

4. the app doesnt open on my phone but if I double tap just right on the back button (while screen shows a black figure on a green screen) I get a screen with a + button touch that and app opens.
