I used to like this app.Use to have on my old phone and had no problem getting on but now that I switched phones and downloaded it on my new phone it wont let me log in and says you can use an access code but don't say where to get it.I just downloaded the app and it's just asking for email and password no sign up option.

2. 2 points for the old fashioned paperI don't no how it is... Because I can't get in the damn App! It always says email n password not recognizable! They're the same ones I've always used in everything else on here! I don't understand it!Password and email unreckonasible.

1. Fix Jail Birds. Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Jail Birds.: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Jail Birds. App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Jail Birds." » Open Jail Birds. » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Jail Birds. » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Jail Birds. app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Jail Birds. servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Jail Birds." » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Jail Birds. app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Jail Birds. might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Jail Birds.. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Jail Birds. then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Jail Birds. not working
