1. Problem just started recently.I've lived on this island for over 40 years now you upgraded and come up with these subscriber exclusive offers I used to subscribe to your printed copy when I first moved on the island but like your recent opinion article that you posted you know Staten Island is like for the pits now.Doesn't work right lately! Can't see the photos in the articles.

2. I guess the Advance isn't as advanced as a newspaper, it's a monitized rag.articles started coming up with a black background and are impossible to read.

3. This app was decent before but it definitely needs to be fixed.It's unbelievable that as a 7 day a week home delivery recipient of the Advance, you can not get exclusive content without paying another fee.

4. now a new issue is happening, all the articles are coming up in a black background with overlapping sentences.

5. if the app gets cut down to maybe half size or less it will go back onto my cell.This app did an update and now it doesn't let me sign in to see the exclusive stories.

6. My cellphone just does not have the space needed for some of these large apps.The app itself is great, i will probably install on my tablets so i do not miss anything.

7. Will uninstall.The recent update is awful, the old layout was great and easy to navigate.

8. I click on the notifications to read a story and it brings me to a homepage which now has a bunch of ads on it.
