1. I mean i had issues with getting credits, i only knew because my friends and followers tell me they bought items from my buttons (unfortunately there is no way of knowing it otherwise) but the amount of the commission didn't change.

2. And also I've tried to recover password but I still haven't received a recovery email.first i was getting commission (i shared my looks via instagram stories), but then it just stopped working.

10. No results for a skirt? At all? Or a top? Even with full price on and no specific brands? Not to mention if you do have price on at max of 100 you won't find a thing.

1. Fix 21 Buttons Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart 21 Buttons: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the 21 Buttons App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "21 Buttons" » Open 21 Buttons: Fashion Social Net » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for 21 Buttons » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear 21 Buttons: Fashion Social Net app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from 21 Buttons servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "21 Buttons: Fashion Social Net" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check 21 Buttons app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, 21 Buttons might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall 21 Buttons. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall 21 Buttons then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing 21 Buttons not working
