1. Three questions for Dev or GM Myao: (1) can you change certain songs' offsets by a few milliseconds so all songs have the same type of feel? e.g. If I play Orbit Stabilizer, I set timing to +144ms, Arcana Force to +162ms, and Witch Doctor to about +203ms to have them each be on sync on my device.

(2) Long Freeze Arrows w/ Visual Gimmicks (e.g. Heart Rabbit Coaster S23 and Arcana Force S20 where there's a spring-type effect on the Freezes) always lag out registry and end up giving me misses while I'm holding the arrows down -- can that be fixed? The UI pauses for several frames during those parts, and it comes back with a broken combo regardless of what I do (so I buy shields to counter that, but I shouldn't have to).

3. (S8,Note9,Note20u)Update #2: +1 on Rating since the game is fun -- my workaround for lag is using Shoes to buy Shields, so a few lag-induced non-Rainbow Perfects or Freeze Misses on Visual Gimmicks can be 'erased' by those shields if you're getting only a few non-Rainbow Perfects.

4. Not to mention that the always online requirement is kinda annoying, but I could get past that if I could play more than one song before the game crashes.. I'm still hoping at some point, piu mobile will actually be playable, but for now, it's pretty much a waste of storage space imo.

5. As it is now, if I have my timing set to +162ms, Arcana Force is dead on sync on my device, but on Orbit Stabilizer I have to hit the arrows notably late, and on Witch Doctor I have to hit the arrows way early to get Rainbow Perfects.

6. + Thanks for the message back -- it's really fun so far despite the issues that could be improved, but I'm hoping you all can make this an excellent experience with some fixes.Wasn't a big fan of having to unlock songs, the controls were touch (duh) and it was uncomfortable.

7. First , the game doesn't always recognize when you hit the "steps" in fact it misses a lot of them and it makes it very frustrating to play.

8. And it helps to use a newer device too.The game is verg buggy on my phone and I can't even play the game without the whole game stopping after hitting one note.

9. Overall, disappointed.This game is apparently coded so that you have to view at least one ad in-between songs, pass or fail.

1. Fix Pump It Up M Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Pump It Up M: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Pump It Up M App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pump It Up M" » Open Pump It Up M: Beat Finger Step » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pump It Up M » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Pump It Up M: Beat Finger Step app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pump It Up M servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pump It Up M: Beat Finger Step" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Pump It Up M app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pump It Up M might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Pump It Up M. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pump It Up M then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Pump It Up M not working

2. Fix Pump It Up M Server issues & Internet Connection
