Why should I report an Issue with Paletto?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of AND CORPORATION to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. There are tons of other better type-on-pic apps....don't waste your time on this one.I've been using Paletto to write out aesthetic flashcards for my students, and it truly excels at presenting content beautifully.

I would enjoy this app more if most things weren't apart of the membership.This is an app you stumble upon, then find it odd that there is not enough credit being given from the developer about their own app!! Hello developer or developers!! Please give yourself a big congratulations with a genuine slap on the back for accomplishing a lot of awesomeness!! This app has everything plus some!! And, I'm referring to about a year ago, when I spent time with this app.

3. ☺️This seems like a great app and I'm sure it would be if they didn't make you pay for everything! I understand they need to make money but add a few thing here and there that could be apart of your membership but not every little thing! I was trying to use the custom colors tool and it wouldn't let me do that or even use most the colors.

4. I've also used Paletto to create little updates that I can then back up to Google Drive and use the back up file to share over various apps, messengers, etc.

5. Paletto offered a 5 day trial of the basic paid version in exchange for watching a short ad.

6. Good concept and stable but could benefit from a rethink on user-intent and workflow.This app exceeds expectations, not only did it provide adequte amounts of choices but as well as more to be unlocked through ads which it very pleasing.

7. If there's been any updates for Paletto to add to the application, I believe that I'd have to see it because it was already very hard to part with when I had to, but not for anything regarding the app, but because my PC had way too many apps bogging it down.

8. And its odd treatment of photos vs "typo" as different elements (add photo, but can't add a text layer?) is frustrating and pointless from this user's pespective.

10. Useful, but the ongoing solicitation of feedback in exchange for fonts (even after paying for the pro pack!) undermines minimalistic design.

1. Fix Paletto Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Paletto: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Paletto App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Paletto" » Open Paletto » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Paletto » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Paletto app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Paletto servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Paletto" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Paletto app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Paletto might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Paletto. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Paletto then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Paletto not working

2. Fix Paletto Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Paletto be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Paletto not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Paletto may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
