1. Someone else's review stated they didn't see multiplication problems, but multiplication is not introduced until 3rd grade, so that shouldn't even be expected yet... My only issue is that the print button doesn't work for special lessons, & its apparently a common problem.

2. Fix these issues and I can give more stars.I love being able to use this on my phone and on the go, but if you have music playing, or another app running, then the video stops.

3. But because the schooling is so great, self-paced, and easy access, it has helped me make up extra high-school credits that I fell behind on.Tech support needs to fix things.

4. The concept is great, the videos are great, the organization and tracking is great! The problem is it keeps logging you off and restarting videos after being paused.

5. When I watch videos I pause to write things down and if I have it paused for a long time and press unpause it will start the whole video over.

6. Also being able to view the videos on full screen would be amazing!For mobile phones, the interface is small, but that's all I've got to say.

7. The app definitely needs updating and more accessibleThe print button needs to be fixed in the app it does not work.

8. I suggest adding a bar of how long the video is and being able to skip to the time you were at.

9. One issue i run into when i downloaded it and try doing my work on my phone is when you are watching videos.

10. You can't adjust the quality of the video (so if you have poor connection you can load the video easier) you can't adjust the video volume, and some of their teachers hardly know what they're teaching.

1. Fix Acellus Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Acellus: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Acellus App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Acellus" » Open Acellus » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Acellus » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Acellus app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Acellus servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Acellus" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Acellus app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Acellus might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Acellus. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Acellus then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Acellus not working

2. Fix Acellus Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Acellus be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Acellus not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Acellus may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
