1. Update: how do i manually add cityAll I opened up to is ads! Every other move is an ad! Ads are every other segment of the program and they are as large as they program segment! NO Thank you... I will spend more time trying to eliminate ads than I will be trying to look at the weather! Here is a hint, I might have bought a subscription IF you presented a better product not full of ads!Most amazingly easy weather app ever.

2. The only faults, minor, are that the weather display on home screen, needs synching (you have to touch the sync arrow to initiate, or open the app) and it has no radar.

3. I have kept it because, when it is working, it displays all the info I want to see that none of the other weather apps show.

1. Fix Weather Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Weather: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Weather App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Weather" » Open Weather: Live radar & widgets » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Weather » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Weather: Live radar & widgets app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Weather servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Weather: Live radar & widgets" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Weather app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Weather might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Weather. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Weather then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Weather not working

2. Fix Weather Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Weather be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Weather not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Weather may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
