If you come out with a new update with other languages, preferably English, I can't wait to try it to see if it helps my daughter!!!My daughter can't read some of the text in the app - the part that looks like handwriting is good, but a lot of the text is in some san serif Arial-like font that she can't read at all.

1. Fix GALEXIA Reading Fluency Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart GALEXIA Reading Fluency: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GALEXIA Reading Fluency App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GALEXIA Reading Fluency" » Open GALEXIA Reading Fluency » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GALEXIA Reading Fluency » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GALEXIA Reading Fluency app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GALEXIA Reading Fluency servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GALEXIA Reading Fluency" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check GALEXIA Reading Fluency app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GALEXIA Reading Fluency might not work.
