That's all I have to say other then it's a really nice app😊 but if you could add at least 1 of the things above then I would really appreciate it :) it's okay if you can't btw it's still really Nice :>Probably the best and the cutest Diary ever! The best thing is you can also get stickers, backgrounds, and other stuffs from the Lottery, I don't really have problems with the ads, the only problem I found or was it a glitch?.. Is I always got stuck in the loading screen! And it's really annoying, I tried to wait but it didn't work, I waited like minutes but still won't work, I even Uninstalled and reinstalled the app but still won't work... And All I got just disappeared... And still won't workI like the app and the features i it, I also love how we can customize many things even not everything unlocked.

2. Recommended! 😍This, app is really amazing! main attraction of this app is its cute features!! But, I'd have gave 4 stars however It's wasn't going well after few months!! I do remember my password well, but after some while, its showing my password is incorrect, and also too many ads which annoys me even more, I can't even open a page!! Please fix this issue!9/7/21 Thank you for fixing this apps! I be able to open them again... Tysm!!! Edit: Lately, a lot of old user experience bug in your apps, Please do something about it.

3. It's just, if I want to add an image to an entry it's almost impossible! It shows yu all yur pictures, except they are all out of order & mixed up with dosregard for date & album! It ahould just open the Gallery app when we want to add an image so we can find the picture easier, because I have wayyy too many photos to scroll & scroll to find a screenshot I just took a picture of 😕It's an amazing and cute app I really like it.

4. This app is SUPER cute and is perfect for anyone who loves cute/kawaii things! On the other hand, there's an issue with how many characters you type.

1. Fix Niki Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Niki: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Niki App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Niki" » Open Niki: Cute Diary App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Niki » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Niki: Cute Diary App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Niki servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Niki: Cute Diary App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Niki app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Niki might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Niki. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Niki then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Niki not working

2. Fix Niki Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Niki be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Niki not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Niki may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
