Why should I report an Issue with 3Dim Capture - 3D Scanner?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. It had such great potential.Keep up the good work! Very interesting app, however on the Pocophone F1 (which is supported according to your website) i get stuck to 100% when uploading and also I am not sure where I am supposed to download the models from.

2. Have not tried to scan or download... if the subscription is not monitored through Google and has an easily explained cancel then no thanks...this really should have been put in the app through Google and explained before installing.

3. Anything larger than a small house will likely crash the app, and results are not as good manual photo scans with COLMAP or similar, but that's understandable.

4. Uploading on a slow connection is pretty difficult, no background activity so the app needs to stay in the foreground, or else you'll need to restart the upload.To download need subscription.

5. If the developers ever do want to improve it, I'd recommend a touch toggle feature, controls are Little tricky.Actually quite useful for small captures.

7. Not even a trial period... 30 second scans are free which hah... fix these then contact me.

1. Fix 3Dim Capture Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart 3Dim Capture: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the 3Dim Capture App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "3Dim Capture" » Open 3Dim Capture - 3D Scanner » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for 3Dim Capture » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear 3Dim Capture - 3D Scanner app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from 3Dim Capture servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "3Dim Capture - 3D Scanner" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check 3Dim Capture app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, 3Dim Capture might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall 3Dim Capture. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall 3Dim Capture then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing 3Dim Capture not working

2. Fix 3Dim Capture Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make 3Dim Capture be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to 3Dim Capture not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, 3Dim Capture may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
