Age Tracker Customer Insights

1. Was a bit concerned to see another review saying age isnt calculated correctly as I do rely on this information being correct, but I tested that claim of someone 18days old and it calculated it fine, so hopefully that has been fixed.The settings menu in the app doesn't work, very few options or ability to account for user preferences.For someone born 18 days ago it says they are over 1 month old... Like the interface.

2. Found it really annoying at first how the keyboard would cover the date section, but finally figured out how to get rid of it.

3. Clicking settings doesnt work and there is no way to edit the categories called Type.

4. Would prefer it if the actual age was in a bigger font than the date of birth.

5. But it doesnt seem to matter as this information isnt shown in the summary anyway.

6. Entering the date first, before the name, is the best way.

7. Much better than clicking buttons up and down to set the date.

8. I like the fast scroll on the date part.

9. Would be neat if it had a photo for each person, as my equivalent app on the iphone had.

10. Might be a nice feature to sort by, but not important.

11. I use this to keep track of how old all my friends kids are.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Age Tracker Issues

1. Fix Age Tracker Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Age Tracker: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Age Tracker App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Age Tracker" » Open Age Tracker » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Age Tracker » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Age Tracker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Age Tracker servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Age Tracker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Age Tracker app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Age Tracker might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Age Tracker. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Age Tracker then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Age Tracker not working


2. Fix Age Tracker Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Age Tracker be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Age Tracker not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Age Tracker may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
