Why should I report an Issue with Artfol?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

Other than being a little wonky at the moment, I can tell this has great potential and I love the community this app is building upI like the app but wish they would allow you to add multiple images per post and scroll or swipe through the discovery feed instead of having to select a post you want a closer look at.

Ex: I upload artwork, then go to create a collection afterwards and it crashes every time.The app is a good idea but it's still pretty buggy, so hopefully the devs with keep working on it and fix it up nicely! The artwork collections is a bit of a pain, you should be able to add images from your own profile while your looking at a collection.

Means not only to smaller artists like myself have a chance here, but also that I can more easily find stuff I'm actually intrested in.I really like the app but unfortunately I've been experiencing some difficulties that are really starting to annoy me, I can't open the app unless I turn off my wifi and even if I can open it, the app won't show me anything and it would just let me exit and do that all over againI enjoy this app, it helps me with my creativity, and I love meeting other artists.

Other than that I love the filter option and the custom filter so you can tell people exactly what the post is and avoid accidentally triggering someone!It's still in development, so there's a few bumps to smooth out, but I like the app a lot! It's fairly simple to use, and I greatly appreciate the lack of an algorithm.

5. Good work so far though everyone!This app is just a little wonky still but I love the concept for it and look forward to when it's more polished! Some features of the app don't work (for example: when I go to try and make a collection/folder to organize my artwork it won't let me).

1. Fix Artfol Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Artfol: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Artfol App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Artfol" » Open Artfol » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Artfol » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Artfol app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Artfol servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Artfol" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Artfol app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Artfol might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Artfol. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Artfol then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Artfol not working

2. Fix Artfol Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Artfol be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Artfol not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Artfol may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
