1. How do i save the last chapter i have read? Why does it take to long to load a story? Why can't i purchase the whole story at once? Yet, i won't spend my money to purchase the stories though i want to read some of the premium stories so bad.

2. Fail to open too often and everytime after I paid for a chapter I couldn't load that chapter immediately, I had to go back to the main page and chose the story and the chapter that I already paid and want to read.

3. What about readers read the story from gadget which only connect to wifi.This would be good if you fix the app and let us go to the intended chapter instead bringing us back to the first one.

4. I actually want to use this app to read but i wasn't really patient at waiting for the chapter list to load just to go to my intended chapters.

5. Stories are great (much more better than the other platform reading app), but there are no option to go where we last read.

1. Restart Storial.co: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Storial.co App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Storial.co" » Open Storial.co - Aplikasi Baca Nov » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Storial.co » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Storial.co - Aplikasi Baca Nov app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Storial.co servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Storial.co - Aplikasi Baca Nov" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Storial.co app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Storial.co might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Storial.co. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Storial.co then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Storial.co not working
