1. The free version is great but I eventually upgraded to be able to block more sites after using it for a year.While it is a great app for avoiding distractions, helps me stay on pace with my responsibilities and keeps me from wasting time, I have one issue.

2. It blocks an app/site for most of the time, but at a certain point it stops blocking and you have to unblock and block once more, frequently.

3. I would also prefer to have an option to lock usage of certain apps all day and set the time frames for when it is unlocked.

4. Would be nice if it were possible to block apps in pop-up view as well, ended up having to add second solution to prevent that.

5. It has been really useful for me but it needs to have some kind of indicator of when your changes to custom time frames are saved and updated.

11. The only way to break out of this would be to stop blocking the website in question or keep tapping where the backspace key is in hopes that it erases something before the redirect happens.

1. Fix BlockSite Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BlockSite: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BlockSite App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BlockSite" » Open BlockSite: Block Apps & Sites » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BlockSite » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BlockSite: Block Apps & Sites app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BlockSite servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BlockSite: Block Apps & Sites" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BlockSite app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BlockSite might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BlockSite. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BlockSite then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BlockSite not working

2. Fix BlockSite Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BlockSite be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BlockSite not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BlockSite may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
