1. The one time I got in, I wasn't able to scroll down the page to update my payment information.Great app! Great product!! I'm paying a fraction ($25/ month) of what I would pay to other phone providers.
2. Just post a link to a debugging page where I can post them all.Meh, I can pay bill with this app, but when I go into settings to try and login into my account I get this error message, "The custom error module does not recognize this error.", which makes no sense whatsoever.
3. Makes me Login every time with phone number and Password.
4. I grew tired of consumer Cellular's poor customer service in terms of accessing my account or getting someone on the phone.
5. It doesn't save login credentials, requiring entering the password pretty much every time.
6. I could open it without having to log in and now I have to every time despite saving my password to the phone.
7. I have been with cc for about 4 months now but I wish I had stayed with my previous service provider.Yes but although I only used the app on occasion, recently they have had an issue with passwords so I cannot log into the app or the website.
8. As far as the phone service itself, Internet connection is extremely slow, and occasionally (1 or 2 every couple weeks) drops calls.
9. On opening the app, a message pops up saying that CC is having technical problems, thus not able to access account information.
10. I don't mind the great price for CC service, but the cost of pesky Free Adverts was a bit over the topSomething of a total failure.
11. And I don't spend a lot of time talking on the phone.

I would like to cancel my consumer cellular account to which I will no longer have use for the service
