1. The one time I got in, I wasn't able to scroll down the page to update my payment information.Great app! Great product!! I'm paying a fraction ($25/ month) of what I would pay to other phone providers.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix My Consumer Cellular Issues

1. Fix My Consumer Cellular Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart My Consumer Cellular: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the My Consumer Cellular App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My Consumer Cellular" » Open My Consumer Cellular » click "Update".

  4. Check My Consumer Cellular app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Consumer Cellular might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall My Consumer Cellular. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Consumer Cellular then reinstall.
