2. Esse sistema de impedir a digitação e de constante autenticação acabou com o bate-papo, nota "zero"... E esse link "m.me/BatePapoUOL" não leva a lugar algum, que piada! Rsrs.Lixo. Que ridículo um monte de coisa escrita em vez de janelas ou ícones.

So many robots and spams on the rooms... is absolutelly discusting.. you thinking you have a woman but actually is a robots....RUBISH!!We need pay attention with fakes and youngs dudes (-18) in this app that make a contact with all guys available, it's very important to check no -18 members join in app or set a Staff Member on room to observe, #SayNoToPedophilesThis app sucks.

1. Fix UOL Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart UOL: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the UOL App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "UOL" » Open UOL: Bate-Papo e Encontros » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for UOL » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear UOL: Bate-Papo e Encontros app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from UOL servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "UOL: Bate-Papo e Encontros" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check UOL app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, UOL might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall UOL. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall UOL then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing UOL not working

2. Fix UOL Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make UOL be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to UOL not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, UOL may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
