Trends Customer Insights
1. How do you change the language, if you can, no one knows.The app installs in Dutch (or Afrikaans?) and there doesn't seem to be a way to change this setting.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Trends Issues
1. Fix Trends Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Trends: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Trends App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Trends" » Open Trends » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Trends » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Trends app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Trends servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Trends" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Trends app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Trends might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Trends. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Trends then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Trends not working
2. Fix Trends Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Trends be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Trends not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Trends may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
