1. There would still be a subscription fee less))I`m just thrilled with app! The subscription is not expensive at all? it works on not the most powerful phones and is generally cool/ I like it, I really like it!Kid is anywhere, app showing/marking: Home logo sticked to kids logo... App not starting at startup App complaining for not being set and asking for approval, when new wifi network is in use.

2. The app shows up to 10 feet where they are! I would never have thought that this happens on simple smartphones!I praise the application for the interface design and for the useful functionality.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Kids360 Issues

1. Fix Kids360 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Kids360: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Kids360 App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Kids360" » Open Kids360: Parental Control App » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Kids360 » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Kids360: Parental Control App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Kids360 servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Kids360: Parental Control App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Kids360 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Kids360 might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Kids360. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Kids360 then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Kids360 not working


2. Fix Kids360 Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Kids360 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Kids360 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Kids360 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Good day I want to cancel my subscription as my son has not got a phone anymore and I was not happy with the service bc you have to pay for everything you want to add to it altogether you pay subscription fees. I took the monthly 34.99 one. Please advise.

Hey there we set up kids360 on my daughter's iPad last night but it looks like the code we used timed out. Alli360 installed fine on her iPad but it didn't connect to my phone so I have no control over her iPad and am unable to edit anything. I wondered if deleting the app and reinstalling it would work but I'm also unable to uninstall the app from the ipad
