1. It never plays my downloaded content, timer feature doesn't work (just stops when article is over instead of going to next article in queue), it's impossible to sort my queue, the history is never accurate so can't find my previously listened to articles.
2. I developed software for 35 years and if I had released a piece of software this bad I would have been fired. This is such a fantastic idea and it's really expanded the amount of great writing I've been able to consume over the last year--the stories available and the narrators are great.
3. Giving up things I love is not a good choice.I was so excited for this app as I love the content and narrators, and didn't mind paying for the subscription - until I realized how dreadful this app is.
4. Impossible to find stories to listen to - not even search works well, and the sorting doesn't use intuitive categories (I don't care about illustrations or narrators, I care about subjects!!!).
5. TLDR: Good content, app needs work. What the app does is great - provide audio versions of articles.
6. When you sample an article it automatically adds it to your queue and the default setting is to autoplay, so as quick as you're done listening to something you want to hear you have to start listening to a bunch of stuff you don't want to hear.
7. It seems like this app was worked on for a couple months and then abandoned.I love, love, love the content and narrators, but the app UX is soul crushing.
8. The narrators are always good, and the articles are timely.
9. Won't be renewing the subscription for poor qualityIt's a very good idea for an app but could use some development work.
10. It's difficult to skip past stories and impossible to sort items in the queue.
11. You can only go forward or back using 10 second increments? You can filter stories by publisher / narrator / author, but not by topic or length or anything else as far as I can tell.
Do not know how to subscibe and pay.
