1. I tried so hard to move back and forth and everything, but this app keeps getting out of focus, blurry, and just cannot scan anything at all (I tried on 4 same products, at least 1 of them is 100% authentic) but still, since the camera keeps getting out of focus, it cannot scan anything.

2. It won't focus the camera so it makes it impossible to scan.The text overlapped on the boxes that I cannot enter the last two digits rendering it useless and it's always the se problem.

3. lighting is fine and clear, and i've tried moving back and forth many times and the scanner still cannot focus on the product!! while normal camera can easily focus on close-up object.

4. Uninstalled.My first ever review! This is a terribly designed and counter intuitive app that requires access to your camera, files and media, location, manage phone calls as well as the ability to display over other apps.

9. You should just let us input the whole digits at once its all the same or you should just provide an online service for scanning instead of giving as an app that doesn't live up to its "supposed" service.It is really a bad scanner.

1. Fix HiddenTag Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart HiddenTag: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the HiddenTag App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HiddenTag" » Open HiddenTag - authenticity check » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HiddenTag » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear HiddenTag - authenticity check app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HiddenTag servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HiddenTag - authenticity check" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check HiddenTag app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HiddenTag might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall HiddenTag. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HiddenTag then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing HiddenTag not working

2. Fix HiddenTag Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make HiddenTag be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to HiddenTag not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, HiddenTag may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
