Cancel PhotoDirector Subscription on iPhone & iPad

1. On your phone, open "Settings" and tap your Apple ID profile.
2. Click "Subscriptions" and select "PhotoDirector: AI Photo Editor".
3. Click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm the cancellation.

Alternative method via AppStore:

1. Goto the Appstore » your Profile » Subscriptions.
2. select "PhotoDirector" and click "Cancel Subscription".

Cancel PhotoDirector Subscription on Android

1. Launch the PlayStore app and click the hamburger menu icon.
2. Select "Subscriptions" » tap "PhotoDirector: AI Photo Editor" » click "Cancel Subscription".
3. Your subscription to PhotoDirector will now be canceled.

• I have a free version of PhotoDirector365 on my PC. I downloaded it for a trial. I do not think I have an account or have submitted credit card information. I have NOT clicked on upgrade. If I do not want the product should I just simple NOT UPGRADE? I am finding it extremely difficult to get this matter resolved. I do not want to upgrade. I am unsuccessful in finding out my login and password and requests for "forgotten password" for either email login ID produces not response from you. Please cancel my subscription if I have one and issue a refund. Such a mystery!
