Reported Deleting Issues

Note: Issues displayed have already been sent to the developer and are older than 7 days.

  • I'm using the Bosch BCC 100 thermostat with my heat pump system. Very frequently when I try to access it via the android app, I get "no response from device" even though the device is connected to Wi-Fi according to the thermostat screen and seems to be functioning normally. However the android app is not able to connect to it. I've tried all the usual things rebooting Re installing the app deleting the cache but nothing works when it gets into this condition. If I wait long enough, at some point it will start working again. To me it seems that perhaps the bosch server that supports your thermostat is having issues but I can't be certain. This happens frequently enough that I think you need to address this issue.

  • Server appears to be down. As Matt noted, connecting to wifi just fine.

  • It connects to wifi just fine but when I try to connect from my phone it says no response from device. I tried resetting it with the reset button on the side, restarting my phone and even reinstalling the app on my phone with no change.
