There are 2 methods to get your data (and account) deleted by CITY CYCLING:

9. Please make sure that all necessary permissions are granted on your device so that the app also runs in the background.

10. Xiaomi/Huawei devices in particular are often rigorous about apps that run in the background and sometimes terminate them automatically.

11. If necessary, the STADTRADELN app must be added as an exception to the permissions.
