Cancel CITY CYCLING Subscription on iPhone & iPad

1. On your phone, open "Settings" and tap your Apple ID profile.
2. Click "Subscriptions" and select "CITY CYCLING".
3. Click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm the cancellation.

Alternative method via AppStore:

1. Goto the Appstore » your Profile » Subscriptions.
2. select "CITY CYCLING" and click "Cancel Subscription".

Cancel CITY CYCLING Subscription on Android

1. Launch the PlayStore app and click the hamburger menu icon.
2. Select "Subscriptions" » tap "CITY CYCLING" » click "Cancel Subscription".
3. Your subscription to CITY CYCLING will now be canceled.

2. Goto your profile or account page and click "Billings" or "Subscriptions".
3. Click "Cancel" to remove your subscription.

8. Please make sure that all necessary permissions are granted on your device so that the app also runs in the background.

9. Xiaomi/Huawei devices in particular are often rigorous about apps that run in the background and sometimes terminate them automatically.

10. Ideally, please also include a screenshot and details of your operating system and device model in your message.

11. If necessary, the STADTRADELN app must be added as an exception to the permissions.

12. Furthermore your tracks help to improve the local cycling infrastructure.
