1. Delete ClearPass QuickConnect Account through Email

There are 2 methods to get your data (and account) deleted by ClearPass QuickConnect:

1. Under GDPR: EU/UK Residents have the right to ask (via email), an organization that holds data about them to delete it. This is known as the ‘right to erasure’. Organizations have one month to respond to the request.

1. To delete your ClearPass QuickConnect account, contact ClearPass QuickConnect via email and provide the reasons for your request.

1. On iphone, Goto "Settings "

7. This application must be used in conjunction with ClearPass QuickConnect server side software deployed in your organization.

8. Once you no longer wish to connect to the secure wireless network, you can go to Settings > Security > Credential Storage and click on 'Clear Credentials'.

9. NOTE: A screen lock is required and set by the Android OS when installing certificates needed for secure wireless network access.

10. Upon successful provisioning, User will get a dialog to allow suggested network to connect.

11. After installing the application navigate to the URL provided by your organization to start automatic configuration of your device.
