Why should I report an Issue with PLU Codes?

1. Lacking product to PLU lookup or ways to store/list products, not very useful for cashiers.This is exactly what I was looking for! I collect produce stickers and sometimes when I get a sticker with just the number, I'll forget what it was on.

2. if you randomly encounter a produce code in the wild, this app would be helpful, but if you need an app to help you find the PLU, as for self-checkouts, then you'd be better off googling it.

8. Simple but strait forward.

1. Fix PLU Codes Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PLU Codes: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PLU Codes App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PLU Codes" » Open PLU Codes » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PLU Codes » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PLU Codes app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PLU Codes servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PLU Codes" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PLU Codes app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PLU Codes might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PLU Codes. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PLU Codes then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PLU Codes not working

2. Fix PLU Codes Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PLU Codes be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PLU Codes not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PLU Codes may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
