3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Not good enough the advantages are simple, it does not contain a massive database, the written font is clear and the screen can be enlarged and minimized while still maintaining its quality... As for the defects it is simple and very simple, does not contain designs and aesthetics, there are no stop signs to follow Reading or any of the luxuries for books as the written text looks like a Notepad and not decorated so my opinion can put more effortPlease review the app as some verses are missing.

No ads and may Allah reward the developer of the app with the best reward and kindness.Its more than enough ,and easy to use and the more i like in the bookmark section the way of saving after reading each page it bookmark by it self means automatically ,Thank You for Your Hard JobVery good Quran app but needs more development.

3. I would like to have the option of following along with a reciter (still learning how to read and don't want to make mistakes).Please consider adding dark mode cus it's not easy to read in darkness or low light rooms from white pages but else everything about the app is perfect.

4. Reading and listening should be in two apps because compining can cause errors.I really like how it offers the options to read by the surah and by the juz.

5. Developers, hope you will make this option in your next upgradeThis app eases me to read quran anytime n anywhere.

6. Simply best for reciting and memorizing.This is very good app, I would request a listening type of this quality.

7. I think it needs setting to have more user preferences such as fonts and text colors... etc.Qur'an app with the same layout as Qur'an for memorizing.

8. For example, Surah Waqia if we turn the page some part of verse is missed.

9. Overall app is very good but need this correction immediately as that is not acceptable at all definitely.Masha'Allah very good app.

1. Fix Al Quran Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Al Quran: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Al Quran App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Al Quran" » Open Al Quran - القرآن الكريم » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Al Quran » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Al Quran - القرآن الكريم app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Al Quran servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Al Quran - القرآن الكريم" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Al Quran app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Al Quran might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Al Quran. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Al Quran then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Al Quran not working

2. Fix Al Quran Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Al Quran be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Al Quran not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Al Quran may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
