1. Dr Prius worked fine.Great app but it seems to loose connection alot somtimes, somtimes its fine also, when i change a setting it says it needs to restart and when it does the setting dosent save (this has never worked) but i think one of the most annoying parts is that the "not available while driving" feature malfunctions and wont let me connect while stopped and i have to keep force quitting the app untill it decides to connect again.

The app crashes and closes itself as soon as it connects to my obd2 adapter (obd link mx+ ~$100) Having a warning notifying users that the app does not function with bluetooth music is also something that should be considered as many of us use bluetooth music any time we are in the car.This is an amazing app for the real time dashboard and comprehensive reports it provides.

3. I've been driving hybrids for 15 years and am very familiar with the concepts of the Toyota/Lexus system, but using this app for a few trips taught me some new things about the power flows.

4. Tons of info to play with, but its super functional and help to diagnose and look after your car.Update: using recommended adaptor I am blown away.

7. However, the last update causes mpg and L/km, both instantaneous & average, to report very incorrectly! Mpg now typically less than 6 mpg, & l/km will show identical numbers as mpg's.

8. The app seems to cut out my bluetooth music connected to the car....sometimes its fine but some times its like every 2 or 3 seconds and its really noticable and bad.

9. Been using it on my 2021 RAV4 on Android radio.

1. Fix Hybrid Assistant Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Hybrid Assistant: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Hybrid Assistant App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Hybrid Assistant" » Open Hybrid Assistant » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Hybrid Assistant » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Hybrid Assistant app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Hybrid Assistant servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Hybrid Assistant" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Hybrid Assistant app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Hybrid Assistant might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Hybrid Assistant. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Hybrid Assistant then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Hybrid Assistant not working

2. Fix Hybrid Assistant Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Hybrid Assistant be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Hybrid Assistant not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Hybrid Assistant may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
