1. Thanks.Screen is blank in the bookstore section and the search engine doesn't work.

2. Very disappointing.I can download the Ellen White books but the Pioneers section just freezes out.

3. This app had worked very well for a while, and I really liked it because I liked most of the voices reading and it kept my place well.

4. What happened?I installed the app on my phone and got a blank screen.

5. And the lag is everywhere.Useless! Doesn't work at all.

6. And now the app doesn't work at all.

7. I am really disappointed as I was looking forward to using it as it seems so convenient when one is on the move.

9. I pressed the start button but nothing happened.

1. Fix EllenWhiteAudio Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart EllenWhiteAudio: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the EllenWhiteAudio App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "EllenWhiteAudio" » Open EllenWhiteAudio » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for EllenWhiteAudio » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear EllenWhiteAudio app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from EllenWhiteAudio servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "EllenWhiteAudio" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check EllenWhiteAudio app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, EllenWhiteAudio might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall EllenWhiteAudio. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall EllenWhiteAudio then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing EllenWhiteAudio not working
