1. How can I get all letters? Will they come in other levels or how ?Great game at first the kids really liked it but it lags the first time you try to take a picture of antura the game stops working you cannot accept or delete the photoBest Educarional game to learn Arabic.

Please fix the problem, as the game is really nice and helps my kids a lot!The game is so fun, the art and mechanics are well done working together, the narrtion is so much fun, speaking to boy or girl to improve relation btw game and kids , but i have a couple of notes: #- Choosing age doesn't affect way of games specially in older ages, The games are the same and way of narrtion is same.

3. #-Repeating letters and activities/games totally unpleaset to play for more 5 min.More than a great and amazing app, however the talented developers need to add support Bluetooth pen, I can't drag and drop,slide or draw with it, unlike native finger touch or passive pen that have a rubber tipI really love this application, super cool not only for kids.

5. But I faced with problem on step 1-3, cannot pass this level because of some bugs, so cannot continue to play ( very sad about that (Very entertaining for kid who usually hates everything what has to do with learning.

1. Fix Antura and the Letters Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Antura and the Letters: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Antura and the Letters App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Antura and the Letters" » Open Antura and the Letters » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Antura and the Letters » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Antura and the Letters app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Antura and the Letters servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Antura and the Letters" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Antura and the Letters app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Antura and the Letters might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Antura and the Letters. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Antura and the Letters then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Antura and the Letters not working

2. Fix Antura and the Letters Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Antura and the Letters be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Antura and the Letters not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Antura and the Letters may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
