1. 1 STAR.It's a very useful app for COGICM ppl! Leave your thick paper book at home...👌I cant even get past the log in I know my email and password and it's not letting me use itCould not even log in or make an account.

2. I GAVE IT MY EMAIL THEN I GIVE IT MY PASSWORD BUT EVERY TIME I TYPE IN A PASSWORD IT SAYS INCORRECT SO I TYPE IN ANOTHER PASSWORD AND IT STILL DOESN'T LET ME IN THE APP I GIVE UP.

3. After I downloaded the app... it says log in, so tried to set up a password and attempted to log in, it says wrong password...ITS HORRIBLE IT DOESN'T LET ME SIGN IN.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Yearbook Issues

1. Fix Yearbook Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Yearbook: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Yearbook App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Yearbook" » Open Yearbook » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Yearbook » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Yearbook app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Yearbook servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Yearbook" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Yearbook app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Yearbook might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Yearbook. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Yearbook then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Yearbook not working


2. Fix Yearbook Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Yearbook be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Yearbook not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Yearbook may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
