1. I haven't even gotten to test importing pictures or seeing if it works with video because this app and I-- we're just not working out.Tried using this for homework, and it would randomly shuffle frames around like a glitch, and I constantly have to delete and redo some parts.... It's like the app has a mind of its own... Very irritating And it's very limited, I have to export this and use a different software for audio (without paying)It's an awesome animation app and I use it a lot.

2. i haven't found a setting to make the frames go slower so i have found 4 is a good number of pictures for the same frame.I bought the full app for my 6yo so he could add sound to his lego movies but the sound won't line up.

3. Otherwise awesome app and I recommend to someon who wants to start stop motion animation.It's a good app and all, but I'm giving it a 4 because every time I take a shot it makes a loud sound.

4. ☆☆☆☆☆Here's what you cannot do on this app -add pictures in the middle -add audio which removes so many features -move frames and at these transgressions I have decided to uninstall it.

5. I am using a 2016 Samsung android tablet, model number TM-T580 (I know you always ask that.) Also, what's up with keeping three copies of the same picture?!! It just takes up WAY more space than necessary.

6. I'm just saying that it could be better.A reasonably intuitive interface, but a few annoying features/bugs let it down (worst of which is stopping adding frames with a blank white screen after which you have to reload the project).

7. (I made a new one as continuation - it worked fine.) It may have been caused by messing around with the photos to try to get more space.you have to pay for adding audio and some other things.

8. Up until then I really liked the app, it was easy for him to use by himself and he made 3 videos so far with it.This app/game is really good if you're just starting out in animation.

1. Fix I Can Animate Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart I Can Animate: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the I Can Animate App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "I Can Animate" » Open I Can Animate » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for I Can Animate » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear I Can Animate app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from I Can Animate servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "I Can Animate" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check I Can Animate app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, I Can Animate might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall I Can Animate. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall I Can Animate then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing I Can Animate not working

2. Fix I Can Animate Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make I Can Animate be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to I Can Animate not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, I Can Animate may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
