1. My clients love it, I also love how easy it is for my clients to book.I switched over to Booksy with hopes to make the booking process easier for my clients.
2. There's no way to book an add-on without the choice of adding additional time, and there's no way to block clients from booking just an add on as a full service treatment.
3. Clients are basically forced to download the app & even with that they don't receive reminders/notifications (or marketing messages) 95% of the time.
4. Booking has been fairly easy for my clients and myself, which is what I wanted.
5. Second, I accidentally forgot to remove an appt from calendar before scheduled time and I could not delete it without labeling the client as a no show.Overall, the app is slow to load.
6. I haven't had any complaints about having to download the app to book as I've seen other reviews state.
7. I'm looking to switch.Overall a decent app for booking clients.

I didn't realize I would be charged so much to use the app PLUS a separate fee to send messages ON TOP of the fee for any disputes or refunds ...and yet, every👏🏾 single👏🏾 day👏🏾 I have a "connection problem" notification!! I have gotten to your team on more than one occasion about this issue and it is still a persisting problem.
9. Not to mention that the cost is way too high for something that other booking sites provide free of charge.
10. I also wish that if I rebook them before they leave after their service I still have the protection of the cancellation/no-show fee.Loved Booksy until they started trying to phase out Square for payments.
11. First it would be great if the future booking window could be set to a specific date rather than a time frame.
