9. The app offers an audio streaming platform.
10. When you need it most, storms may cause power outages at this end.
11. This app is not to be used for protection of life or property.
1. The ads are minimal, only playing when you open the app and before you get access to your station.Tornado warning right now where I am at, broadcast keeps getting interrupted by commercials! That is not a good thing!it keeps you informed when there's a bad storm coming to me that means a lot living in the country you have to pay attention in April may and June to the weather as those are tornado months .
2. Do NOT rely on this app as your main source.I can't say enough good about the support! My weather app was sending "Tornado Take Cover Now!" Alarming, but not enough info to act on considering the warning applied to several counties.
3. I know from corresponding with NWS directly that the originator of the internet streaming of the NOAA broadcast over 162.450 MHz needs to refresh the signal in order for the station to be included in the app, but I do not know how to contact that individual.
4. it's a very good app .Only app I know of that lets me listen to NOAA weather radio stations in any local.
5. It's overall better to watch local news on your phone or have batteries for your physical weather radio for when the power gets cut.
6. The app has a 2-3 minute delay from the real radio broadcast while this isn't always an issue, it's a huge issue when serve weather is a threat.
7. Thanks. It's extremely good as a substitute for a weather radio.
8. After a bit of a panic, I downloaded this app only to find my local NOAA station wasn't included.
9. Thanks for the great app.Latest update removed my nearest station! Albany NY NO LONGER IN LIST ! WESTERN MAINE nothing.
10. When you pull up all your running apps it doesn't show it so you can't close it, so you have to reopen the app and pause the radio broadcast.
11. Once you launch a radio station on this app that's the only way to get rid of it.
