1. I use this game to keep myself occupied, I love putting the boys in dresses to support that, anyway i love to play this, I have most of the games from the series, so fun!! The bad stuff is a few characters are locked or needs an add that I would like, alot of adds, but apart from that it's amazingI love my town games 💜 Specially the music in the background 🎵💜 I love the characters too 😘 I love the creation also 😍 But there is something to improve in this app this should be developed The first thing is when is open the app it is taking nearly 30 - 40 seconds to open the game I hope you will make it fast too open Second thing is I think you can give access to some more characters but not everything Third thing is there are lot of ads I think you will reduce the ads These problemsHi ☺️ it's a good game if you turn off your WiFi you won't get ads.The reason why 5/5! 1.

2. Keep up the good work my town games LTDI absolutly love this game! The reason i gave it 3 stars is the fact that not all of the charictors are free, it woukd be a lot more fun to control many charictors for a mall, also i would realy like it and so would a lot of ppl if it would save ur progress like when u come back in the app nothing will reset, lastly it would be cool if when we buy cloths and stuff it would go to my town home, like we could keep everything we bought! I love this game despite thoes things, keep up the great work!!I'm giving it three stars because even though the game is nice once you exit the game it restarts itself and your whole progress is gone so you have to start from the beginning.

4. I have no complaints about this game, but I do have two suggestions for other My Town games; My Town Gymnastics Competition and My Town Swimming Pool.

5. It is great! Every place is unlocked, 75 percent of the clothes are free 15% can be unlocked with ads and the remaining 10% of the clothing is locked, there is Clothing store, arcade, fast food shop, Eye doctor, gift shop, birthday store, mobile phone store, baby store and more.

6. All the my town games are amazing but there is one problem the that is in the dress section there are lot of dress but there are not nice.

1. Fix My Town Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart My Town: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the My Town App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My Town" » Open My Town: Shopping Mall Game » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My Town » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear My Town: Shopping Mall Game app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My Town servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Town: Shopping Mall Game" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check My Town app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Town might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall My Town. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Town then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My Town not working

2. Fix My Town Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My Town be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My Town not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My Town may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
