1. 99 againI love the game except... they just came out with a free version of this!!!! I paid for this game before Halloween, then 2 months later they come out with a free version! Parents and kids.. please download the free version.I adore the game but I hate that nearly all the others games you have to pay for and I am not allowed to pay for any but I really want them and there are no beds for the kids in this game, so please make all games free and get more beds! So I think its a great game over all and you should install this and its not a waste of money.I like this game a lot but there should be more rooms like there is no rooms for the Kids either only the adults!! I love how it turns into a haunted house but seriously! even if I got it on sale!! and can my town games do more sales that would be great!!! 4. second of all you guys should really really really really make something like to wear every month it gets different like for an example 1 month you have my town haunted house every month you guys should put 1 My Town game free and when the next month change take that one back and put it up for 2.

5. Also the cars does not work at all and it just brings me to the app store.Its a very good and interesting game but can you make it a tiny bit clearer how to go to the haunted house because the first time I installed this game I didn't know how and it took me ages to figure it out.

1. Fix My Town Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart My Town: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the My Town App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My Town" » Open My Town : Haunted House » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My Town » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear My Town : Haunted House app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My Town servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Town : Haunted House" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check My Town app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Town might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall My Town. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Town then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My Town not working

2. Fix My Town Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My Town be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My Town not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My Town may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
